We've been busy for the past two months draining our own land between other work. It takes time to do it right, but I'm sure it's well worth it.

Been chopping straw today, it's a bit unusual for this time of year but with all the bad weather we've had there's been quite a lot to do, due to being unable to bale last summer.

It really is turning out to be a difficult year for Hay and Haylage making. due to all the rain we're having.

On Wednesday we were baling, and wrapping haylage till midnight, and resumed wrapping at 4.30 am Thursday morning.

It started raining again about 7.00 am, but luckily we were all done!
